Responsibilities:


  • Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling.
  • Initiate contact with potential customers to present the services and explain their features and benefits.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the services being offered to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales pitches to engage and convince potential customers to make a purchase.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Address any concerns or objections and provide accurate information to potential buyers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the organization. This may involve managing a certain number of calls per day, achieving a specific conversion rate, or meeting revenue targets.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships, answer questions, and guide potential customers through the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including notes on discussions, objections, and outcomes.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding customer concerns, objections, and market trends.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 1yr experience in outbound telesales is a must.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong sales acumen.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Resultoriented mindset.

Benefits & Compensation:


  • Compensation: 2030k per month fixed plus incentive on each sale.
  • Day shift, fixed hours, and no overtime.

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
