You should know how to teach functional grammar to the students.

You have to teach Business English to the students.
You have to make the student confident and fluent by teaching communication skills.
Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records.
Regular feedback one to one discussion to assess needs of students.
Responsible for discipline decorum.
Responsible to train the students for their credibility interview.
Flexibility Over Timing Hours.
Increment should be given by based upon your performance.
