Your tasks

We are looking for you, an Automotive Interior Designer (M/F/diverse), to support our BA SurfaceSolutions in Pune/India.

Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

Responsibility for the surface design developments with the OEM
Development of new surfaces and materials
Preparation of design presentations
Supervision, observation and analysis of the market, especially colors and materials of competitors
Creating samples for the sample books presented to customers
Collecting necessary input from the OEM, TIER, region
Presenting color submissions and grain developments to the OEM
Building up and extending collaboration between Design and the concerned departments at the OEM, TIER1...
Support Project Management team for acquisition of new projects
Monitoring of trial batches through the internal process
Tracking grain & Color developments through the internal development process
Project Management of internal Design or surface development project

Profile:

Degree/Diploma in Design oder Technical field
2 years experience in Design in automotive industry
Experience in the Automotive Industry; Working Knowledge of Polymer, Plastics, Textiles
Experience in Project Management is preferable and appreciated
Intercultural experience is an added advantage
