Skills Required

Coordinate with Subcontractor and Admin for medical screening for workmen & conduct #EHSinductiontraining.
Ensure all #EHS requirements are compiled as per the Monthly Activity plan & EHS monitoring plan.
Regular site visits to all work locations.
Ensure daily hashtag

PEP talk being conducted and risks related to the activities are addressed.

In struct the Subcontractor and Site Engineers on necessary Corrective actions on #UAs/ #UCs identified.
Guide and help the Site Engineers to conduct site specific hashtag

HIRA & #SOPs.

Provide Site Specific #EHStraining, #CWT to staff and workmen.
Conduct #EHS mock drill and fire drills at site
Ensure submission of #SECs, Work permit system and Checklists by Site Engineers and timely approvals
Conduct Site #EHS meetings and ensure workmen consultation and participation in #EHSactivities.
Coordination with client during their site visits and ensure necessary corrective actions on time.
Assist the reporting manager in #EHSaudits and to ensure the observations/

NCs are closed on time.

Prepare monthly, Quarterly reports and update to reporting manager & HQ.
Ensure the safe execution of activities without anu incidents to achieve the organizational goal of #"ZeroHarm".
Visit construction sites on regular basis and ensure the compliances of requirement at workplace.
Conducted #siteinspection,#investigation, and #reporting to senior on any kind of incident/accident to senior as per line of command.

Salary:
Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
