Description
Position Executive - Customer Service (Real Estate Back Office Marketing)

  • MIS handling as in Collection & Customer Chart, Demand Tracker, Agreement Tracker, Collection Report & Service Tax Report
  • Executing all Post sales documentations like preparing & sending allotment letter, raising demand letters reminder letters interest letters, coordination for signing of agreements, issuing money
receipts, preparing Possession related documents, flat handover, resale nomination processing & cancellation processing

  • Follow up of concerned customers with dues and preparing weekly & monthly collection forecast
  • Liaison with collection department and putting the stocks for sale, if any cancellation happens
  • Preparation of NOC, Tripartite agreement, etc for bank loan purpose.
  • Follow up with banks and other financial institutions for disbursements of payments
  • Render support and administrative services for smooth functioning of department
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Coordination with legal dept. for solving customer's queries and/or bank's queries for project sanctioning
  • Client Coordination and handling queries of clients
  • Register all details and transactions of customers on Software /FAR Vision
  • Liaison between project team, engineering dept. and sales team on construction status and snag issues.
  • Handling customer care and customer relationship management.
  • Coordinating handover process with project team for smooth handover and solving snag issues etc.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Oriya.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, pleasant personality, analytical bend of mind, through in MIS.
  • Selfmotivated team player.

Salary : 4.5Lakhs
