Responsibilities:

Highly skilled in architectural design, with handson experience in industrial will be

preferred. Experience in infrastructure (Datacentres/ Healthcare infrastructure/ Clean

room facilities as in Pharmaceutical sector etc) projects will be an added advantage.

Lead, motivate and support the architectural and CAD design team.
Be responsible for technical and professional development of the team.
Be responsible for work delivered by the team.
Assistance in procurement of contracts for the company and make available required

manpower for the contract procured.

Provide technical input from concept to completion and coordinate all the jobs

received in the department.

Participate in contract review to get complete and correct requirements of Clients for

work.

Create, develop, and support and seek tools and techniques that enable efficient use

of resources and help and improve efficiency of delivery of work by setting up and

reviewing systems from time to time.

Develop, review and update standards of practices, specifications, innovative ways of

construction techniques or methodologies in consultation with the Project Manager,

Senior Management and other stakeholders.

To ensure projects are designed within the statutory, regulatory and financial outputs

of the Business Plan while complying with procurement processes at all times.

Ensure the project runs smoothly and within budget and on schedule as agreed or

revised from time to time.

Ensure accuracy of work for government submission and for construction.
Preparing various reports, designs, drawings and/or make modifications of drawings

and plans.

Guide design team for training inhouse or through specialized training courses in

upgrading personal skills and technologies.

Ensuring team coordinates with other departments for smooth project completion.

Where needed, support and facilitate inter-disciplinary coordination for smooth

completion of work and establish better coordination systems.

Be responsible for the quality of deliverables produced by the team. Develop and

support systems that enable improved quality of work.

Encourage and inculcate leadership behaviour across the team.
Responsible for design and documents prepared in Architectural Department
Conduct design review.
Be an excellent coach and create culture of learning within teams with the objective to

excel while meeting project delivery requirements and working in a competitive

ecosystem

Authorized to sign contracts for specific assignments and represent company in

technical matters with clients and related authorities, including those for Master

planning, Walk-throughs, modelling etc.

Ardent supporter and promoter of new ways of working, including those like BIM,

Digital twins, use of AI/ ML in practice with the objective of being competitive and

progressive, together

Technical Skill Set Required:

Logical analysis of problems and ability to tackle a variety of architecture designs.
Must be computer literate and technology competent with a functional familiarity

with BIM tools like Revit, Bentley tools and other industry prevalent tools.

Practical understanding of structures, specifications and detailed drawings for

buildings and other structures.

Logical analysis of problems and problem solving skills
Familiarity and thorough understanding of applicable standards like NBC, fire

regulations etc with a flair to incorporate requirements while addressing purpose of

building

Ability to tackle nonconventional structure.
Should have excellent experience in developing design details, elevations, layouts,

sections with an Architectural touch that meets purpose of the Client with high quality

product development skills

Good familiarity with common tools like MS Office suite of tools, use of MS teams/

Zoom and remote working is essential. Should be able to encourage team members to

be effective while working remotely, if and when needed.
