Purpose of Role:

To carry out the production activities during shift in a safe,quality and good manufacturing practices norms

Educational Qualification:

ITI / B.Sc

Experience in (In Years):

Approx 5 to 8 years of experience in Production

Key Responsibility Areas:

Carry out production according to preapproved instructions through safe plant operation activities adopting the good manufacturing practices.
Monitor the production batch for quality and quantity with appropriate logging of the data in the approved formats as per standard Operating Procedures
Ensure housekeeping as per 5S systems and making sure that production facilities are clean, proper house keeping is done, and appropriate disinfected; equipment available are as per good manufacturing practices
Coordinates with the team members, interdepartment and supervise the activities of the contract manpower for production.
Enrolls for relevant learning / development programs to bridge competency gaps and provide training to contract manpower
