    Role Overview:
    Technomine is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team.

    The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and implementing strategic initiatives to attract and retain the best candidates in the industry.

    This role will play a crucial part in driving Technomine's growth and success by ensuring that we have the right talent in place to meet our business objectives.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
    Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of innovative techniques, including social media, networking, and job boards.
    Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
    Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
    Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
    Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
    Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in the technology sector.
    Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
    Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
    Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
    Job Timing - 2pm to 11pm (UK Shift)
