What you will do:

Tracking customer experiences across channels, devices, and touchpoints.
Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives, as well as informing customers about new product features and functionalities.
Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
Analysing customer feedback on product ranges and new releases.
Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.
Bachelor's Degree

year of experience

Are comfortable speaking about general taboo topics
Previous background in Hotel Management/crew/customer care/BPO will be a plus point
Ability to work in a fastpaced and highly competitive setting.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customercentric approach.
Strong communication and people skills
