Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and preferences.
Market Research:
Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.
Offer Negotiation:
Assist in negotiating offers and closing the hiring process successfully.

Onboarding Responsible for onboarding the new joiner. Manage the induction schedule and joining formalities. Track the background verification process and reference checks. Document collection and maintaining updated employee records and providing details for payroll.
- Support the HR department with other engagement, admin and HR related tasks and activities.
Reports Responsible for creating reports based on the data and matrix to showcase the recruitment efforts to the management. Good understanding excel and reporting tools.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Clientfocused approach and ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong knowledge in excel, word, power point and reporting tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
