Responsibilities:


  • Take proactive followup for sales with potential customers.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and provide product information.
  • Handle clients professionally, listen to their concerns, and provide suitable solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a reliable salesperson, displaying persistence, resilience, and determination to achieve sales targets.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the local language in Raipur to effectively communicate with customers (Raipur location only).
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions, maintain accurate records, and track sales activities.
  • Continuously update and maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance sales skills and stay updated with the latest product information.
  • Provide timely feedback to the management regarding customer concerns, market insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while conducting sales activities.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Freshers to 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Goaloriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to understand and address customer concerns effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Highly motivated, selfdriven, and resultsoriented.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
