Position Purpose _(Brief Summary of why position exists) _

  • S upport PVTs in getting ECB Parts back fast for analysis by contacting Dealers, arrange expedited shipping and report status/metrics, regularly.

Job Responsibilities - This is for NA region and the person has to be work in NA work timing.

  • Review daily part list from Plant PVT or VFG engineers
  • Contact dealer to ensure part is available for return
  • Send dealer 'Request for Return' form and/or customs documents
  • Contact dealer to ensure dealer has received and processed request
  • Contact Carrier and print Shipping label
  • Track shipment through transportation carrier
  • Resolve transportation issues, if any
  • Creation of new RAC codes
  • Update/edit part requests
  • Interact with different stake holders
  • Working for different countries requirements

Education Qualification :
Degree in Engineering / Statistics / Commerce


Number of Years of Experience :5+ Years


Professional Exposure:


  • Experience in transportation logistics, customer service, coordination and project Management is preferred

Skill & Knowledge requirement:


  • Must demonstrate strong written and oral communications skills and professionalism as per Regional requirement
  • Advanced computer skills (e.g. Excel Macros, Pivot table, conditional formulas, analytics etc.)
  • Proficiency in Spanish / French is an added advantage
