Role Description

This full-time, on-site role, located in Topsia, Kolkata.

The technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing computer hardware, troubleshooting and resolving network issues, and collaborating with team members to implement and maintain network security measures and data back-up strategies.

Qualifications:

Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in computer hardware maintenance and repair, and network troubleshooting.
Understanding of network security measures, data backup strategies, and the ability to assess risks and provide solutions.
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with experience in Microsoft and IOS operating systems.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Certifications such as A+, Network+, CCNA would be an added advantage.

₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
