Roles and Responsibilities
Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
Calling customers who order on website for confirmation of orders placed.
Conducting customer satisfaction surveys on products purchased.
Dealing with customer issues and churning out an easy-to-follow solution.
Informing customers of upcoming promotions or offers or launches
Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience
A bachelor's degree in any stream
A minimum of 1 years' experience in voice-based calls, freshers are also welcome.
Good customer service and phone etiquette skills
Must be good in follow up and interpersonal skills.
Should have a pleasing ability to communicate.
Good understanding of English and Hindi.
Should be well versed in Microsoft Excel.

₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
