Communication Executive

Job Location:
Mumbai (on-site)

Core Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Communication Executive, who will be responsible for taking care of coordination for deliveries between the communication department and other departments at Recity and our external agencies.

He/she needs to have a creative eye for quality checks for deliveries of the design department and other external design agencies.

He/she needs to be proactive in ensuring the timelines are met and deliveries are as per the quality standards and brand guidelines.

Liaison between the ground team and communications team for timely delivery of project related communications requirements
Must be able to juggle between multiple project needs / deliveries
A people's person. Should be able to manage multiple inputs / feedback from multiple teams amicably and nurture trust building and interdepartmental relations
Coordinate with the creative agencies; share the brief and ensure expected quality is delivered by the agencies
Should have an eye for design and ensure QC of communication collaterals.
Inputs in major brainstorming sessions.
Effective documentation and presentation skills

Education and Experience:

12 years of experience in Event Management or Creative Agency
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferably with a focus on Journalism or English Literature.
Relationship management
