Having scrum Master Experience 3-4years

Requirements:

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM )
Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 5+ years for a software development team
Good Knowledge of Agile Frameworks Scrum, SOS, Kanban Scrum and Principles
Technical knowledge (Oracle, Postgres, Java)
Technical hands on experience of (Database Migrations, Banking knowledge (Batch File transfer, XML Parsing etc.)
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach(example: numerous Burn down techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc)

Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques:
User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
Excellent communication and mentoring skills

Preferences:

Scrum master

Experience in Scrum Master 3-4years

Responsibilities:

Knowledge of technologies (Angular, Java spring boot, Micro services)
Previous experience as a team lead

Experience in the Payments industry, Fin tek
