Job Description:

Develop and leverage a broad understanding of ADP products in support of client needs.
Take ownership and provide end to end solutions for clients
Strong focus on creating Positive Defining moments in every client interaction.
Resolve routine customer concerns with predefined solutions while looking for solutions that will allow our customers to focus on their core business.
Should be willing to work in rotational shift (US Shifts)

Ability to work in highpressure situations with intense targets and a backtoback call environment.
Willingness to work extra hours upon business requirements.

Experience

Minimum 3 years in Client facing role is required.
The ability to work on RUN will be preferred. FPC certification will be added advantage.
Good track record with regards to Client Experience scores, NPS will be preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, interpersonal and logical skills required
Should have spent at least 12 months in the current process.
Working knowledge of payroll and taxes will be helpful.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints.
Strong client relationship building skills, Service Excellence mindset
Ability to demonstrate learning agility.
Organizational Skills: The ability to multitask, set priorities, and follow up promptly
The ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisions.
Ability to think creatively/come up with ideas/suggestions which can enhance the client experience
Proven proficiency in prioritizing critical client issues and managing workflow
