Prepare and cook tandoori dishes according to recipes and standards

  • Ensure the quality and presentation of food meets the restaurant's standards
  • Inspect food supplies and equipment to ensure they are of high quality and in good condition
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety procedures
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment, including the proper storage of food and equipment
