Roles
- Testing of new feature
- Client monthly billing and payment followup
- Coordination with Clients and understanding their requirements and drafting the notes to the manager.
- Followup with the tech team when the new feature releasing to clients
- Inform to client about the new feature and how it works
Expectation
- Experience can be Freshers to 2yrs
- Basic communication skill
- Basic Tally knowledge
- Accounting knowledge
