3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Wiring Harness Design & Development
Understanding of functioning of various control systems, ECUs, Electrical
Electronic functions inside the Passenger cars.
Technical expertise in Wiring Harness design, Connector, electrification, DMU, packaging, and related Engineering requirements.
Technical expertise of vehicle Schematics development.
Awareness of relevant Legal requirements and system level functions and Testing.
Understanding of Product development process & Project timelines
Experience in engineering Supplier governance.
Experience of handling field issues, idea generation & problem solving.
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with Suppliers & crossfunctional teams across the globe.
Strong in technical Decisionmaking.
Awareness of future technological advancement in Wiring Harness development such as Battery, High Voltage will be an added advantage.
German language skills & global project experience is an added advantage
Experience of working on MB norms, standards & processes will be an added advantage
Additional Advantage: CAD Tool: Unigraphics NX, Ldorado, E3-Cable, PREEVision
Awareness of PLM systems.
