We are Hiring for
Customer Service Executive

US Process, CRM System, Ticketing system


Education:
Any Graduates


Experience:
Min. 1 Year Exp


Working Days:
Tuesday to Sunday


Shift Timing: 10PM to 6PM


Location:
Gurgaon (Hybrid)


Job requirements:


  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field is preferred.
  • 12 years of relevant experience in a customerfocused position involving technical knowledge of a company's products and services with US Clients.
  • Well versed with US accent.
  • Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients.
  • Timemanagement skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work.
