We are the Exclusive Authorized Genuine Parts Stockist of Royal Enfield for Lucknow and 14 other districts of Uttar Pradesh.

We buy Royal Enfield Genuine Spares from Royal Enfield Company and distribute them to Royal Enfield Dealer Network and Aftermarket Retailers, which in turn provide the Genuine Spares to end customers.

We require 1 Area Sales Executive per district so as to enhance customer reach & he required to be stationed at his hometown district and ensure complete area coverage from there.

1-3 Yrs of
Two Wheeler Spare Parts Sales

Academic Qualification
:
Graduation from Recognized University. (MBA preferred)

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

:

Responsible for
sale of Genuine Parts and Accessories in designated territory.
Collect market feedback from retailers on product, pricing & schemes.
Customer Complaints Resolution
Systematic coverage of Territory Beat/Journey Map, Dealers, Private Garage Owners, Mechanics
Build and sustain business relationship with retailers
Coordinate with Office Team to ensure retailer order service levels
Participate in weekly retail performance reviews
Reporting : To the Hub Manager

Necessary Key Requirements

Should possess a
Two Wheeler & Valid Driving License

Basic computer skills

Mail, MS Excel
Proficiency in Local Language
Adhaar Card

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Salary
:Rs 15,00020,000/ + Perks
Basic Salary : Minimum Rs. 8,00010,000/ per month
Minimum Monthly Incentive (based upon performance)

- **Travel Allowance
- **Up to Rs 5,000-8,000/- (Reimbursement)

Will be covered under Provident Fund & ESIC benefits.
Will be provided Rs.1 Lakh
Medical Insurance and 2 Lakh
Accidental Insurance.
