Position Overview:


The Administrative/Receptionist Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

This position requires a proactive and organized individual with exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch administrative support in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:


  • Warmly welcome clients, visitors, and tenants upon their arrival and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer and screen incoming calls in a professional manner, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception and office area, including managing incoming/outgoing mail and packages.

Administrative Support:


  • Provide administrative assistance to the real estate team, including drafting correspondence, preparing documents, and organizing files.
  • Schedule appointments, property viewings, and meetings for agents and management staff.
  • Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and updating databases related to properties, tenants, and clients.

Client Relations:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Coordinate property including scheduling appointments, preparing marketing materials.

Office Management:


  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors and building management as necessary.
  • Enforce office policies and procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate:

2-3 years of administrative or receptionist experience, preferably in the real estate industry
:


  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Knowledge of real estate terminology, processes, and regulations is desirable but not required.

Pay:
From ₹20,000.00 per month
