Work Experience **:2-4 years in Manufacturing company (pref Pharma/ CD/ FMCG).

Accounts Receivables

Customer Receipts clearing
Outstanding follow up
Reconciling / Resolving short Payments issues
Issuing Credit note / Debit note
Aging Reports

Accounts Payable

Processing the claims and Summarizing them under various heads (Vendor wise) for final finance approvals
Analyzing the vendor accounts
Maintaining the Claims Tracker V/s Funding Tracker
Payment advice (generating from Vendor code)
Working / coordinating with CBS Payable team

Old Outstanding Reconciliation

Reconciling old outstanding with customers / CP Sales team and warehouses (Rate and Qty Difference).

Others:

Monthly Reports
Ageing, DSO, ADP, NRR, Prov for Bad Debts
Monthly P&L's

Soft Skills Required:

Good / strong on MS excel
Hands on Experience on SAP
Reasonable communication skills for discussing with customers finance team/ CP Warehouse
