Your responsibilities would be:

  • Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads intocustomers.
  • Develop tests and optimize results.
  • Develop, configure, and customize the HubSpot CRM system to align with business requirements, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation rules.
  • Create custom modules, templates, and functionalities within HubSpot CRM to enhance user experience and support specific sales and marketing processes.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality within the CRM system by implementing data validation rules, data cleansing activities, and data migration as needed.
  • Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide stakeholders with actionable insights and facilitate datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Provide guidance and training to endusers on HubSpot CRM functionalities, best practices, and data entry guidelines. Offer technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with user inquiries.

Qualifications:


  • Strong experience in developing and customizing HubSpot CRM or other CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM functionalities, including custom object creation, workflows, automation, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with data management best practices, data migration, and data quality assurance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
