Key Responsibilities Include:


- Leading a team to manage operations for the Brand STORE business of FOXBOX.

- Ensure on-time delivery of orders, put a system in place. Logistics management of the team.

- Monitor Inventory Levels, Reordering levels by a system of checks and processes.

- Monitoring team for escalation management. Ensuring all queries are resolved with TAT.

- Manage warehouse facility for the brand STORE program with his team

- Coordinating with clients & vendors on day-to-day operational aspects.

- Preparing timely reports for daily operations & billing.

- Reconciliations for Operations & Warehouse.

- Developing new systems or processes for the efficient functioning of the department.

- Introducing continuous improvement in the software for operations & warehouse facilities.

- Updating the senior management with relevant reports.

Job requirement & experience.

- 3-5 years relevant experience in Operational Role from Ecommerce or Gifting or Loyalty.

- Good Interpersonal, Communication & team skills.

- Comfortable with numbers and technology.

- Disciplined and HardWorking.

- Knowledge of Adv Excel and PPT must.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
