Responsibilities:


Find the right jobs, write proposals and bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget for.

Software development, Web and Mobile Development, e-commerce development, Digital Marketing, Graphics Designing, Content Writing, on daily basis and acquire new clients by figuring out emerging opportunities in the global market and convert those projects into long term sales and maintain follow-ups, competition analysis, discussion with offshore clients.

Building competitive portfolios on portals to generate leads

Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with Client and closure

Analyze client requirements, provide appropriate bidding solutions and transfer the same knowledge to development team

Maintain database of clients and day-to-day activities and submit the detail reports to the higher authorities

Providing suggestions to the development team during the development stage of product to meet the client's business needs

Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry

Assist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.

Client communication & bridging the gap.


Skills Required:

Command on platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, People Per Hour, LinkedIn etc.)

Knowledge of drafting business proposals

Analyze marketing trends

Great interpersonal skills for account handling and relationship building, good communication and convincing skills along with IT fluency

Hardworking, organized, efficient and creative work ethic

Good networking & leadership skills

Creativity and problem-solving skills

In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations

Excellent written and verbal english communication skill is a must.

Impressive reporting skills and proficient in excel, power BI or any other tool for data management

Good knowledge of IT services and experience of sales and marketing is a must


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹50,000.00 per month
