Job Description:


As a Customer Support Executive at Currently, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our users.

You will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives, developing and implementing support strategies, and continuously improving our customer service processes.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Customer Support Manager to join our team and provide exceptional support to our valued customers.


Responsibilities:


Issue Resolution:

  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure their prompt resolution.
  • Act as a point of contact for complex customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Work as cross crossfunctional team member to resolve customer issues.
  • Be proactive about solving issues and helping customers/users.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze customer support data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to streamline processes.
  • Utilize data to make informed decisions and drive improvements in customer service operations.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of customer support representatives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure a high level of service quality.
  • Monitor team performance, conduct regular performance evaluations, and set clear goals and expectations.
  • Customer Service Strategy:
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve product usability and address customer pain points.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • 02 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decisionmaking.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and online communities is a plus.
  • Problemsolving skills and a customercentric approach.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
