Requirements:

Excellent written communication skills in English.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
Prior experience in a non-voice process or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
