Location:
Kondapur, Hyderabad


Shift:
Night Shift (6:30 pm to 3:30 am)


Salary: 4LPA - 6 LPA

Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Communicate effectively and professionally with USbased customers and clients via phone calls.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • Qualify leads by gathering necessary information and assisting in the sales process.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to converse comfortably with US customers and clients.
  • Experience in customer service or call center roles preferred.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple calls effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Proactive and adaptable to a fastpaced work environment.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (6:30 pm to 3:30 am) in Kondapur, Hyderabad.
