  • Providing Technical Support To The Customers Via Different Modes I.E.
  • Installing And Configuring Hardware And Software
  • Interacting With Customers To Quickly Get To The Root Of Their Problem
  • Following Up With Clients To Ensure The Problem Is Resolved.
Keep Records Of Customer Interactions And Transactions, Details Of Enquiries, Complaints, And Comments, As Well As Actions Taken.
