Description
Sales Executive performs a complete Sales process for Exports.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Receive enquiries from the Sales & Marketing Department or from the Client directly;
  • Understand & analyse the Customer requirements;
  • Develop the solution/sales proposal based on the Customer needs;
  • Prepare a specific quotation precisely based on the requirement;
  • Close the sale or deal with the Customer;
  • Followup with the Customer for the Purchase Orders;
  • Prepare & send Order Acknowledgement to the Customer;
  • Maintain & update Customer records;
  • Update Customer POs in ERP on a daily basis;
  • Create Sales Order & Work Order & handover to Production;
  • Coordinate with Engineering for creating new part number;
  • Coordinate with Logistics for Labels, Packing Slips & Shipment pickup arrangement;
  • Coordinate with Accounts for preparing Invoice;
  • Create Web Invoice for specific Customers like TE, USA;
  • Update tracking no & invoice details in ERP;
  • Attend to Customer mails on a daily basis;
  • Sample requests to be updated in ERP;
  • Update Customers whenever Order is delayed providing appropriate reasons;
  • Maintain records/reports as per ISO requirements;
  • Work nontraditional hours on weekends and holidays during exigencies;
  • Any other task assigned by management;
