Knowledge Management Associate

Location:
Chennai, India


Responsibilities:


  • Gather historical data from assignments, projects, and case studies to populate the knowledge base repository.
  • Ensure that all content within the knowledge base is formatted correctly and rewritten for clarity, consistency, and conciseness.
  • Regularly update and maintain the knowledge base repository to ensure that it remains current and relevant.
  • Work closely with delivery and sales teams to understand daytoday project deliveries, document provided solutions, and capture the value delivered to clients.
  • Document solutions provided to clients, including methodologies, best practices, and outcomes, and incorporate them into the knowledge base repository.
  • Implement strategies to ensure that the knowledge base repository is easily accessible to relevant stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications:


  • Degree in Information Science, Knowledge Management, or Business Administration.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Outspoken and collaborative attitude.
  • Exposure to technical and marketing domains.
  • Fresher or up to 12 years of experience.

Salary:
From ₹200,000.00 per year
