As a Sales Executive at Polco Creative Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities.


You will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our products and services as solutions.


This role requires a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and a passion for building long-term client partnerships.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and qualify new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' business objectives and challenges. Present and demonstrate our products and services effectively to key decisionmakers.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing to close deal that meet both client and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments.

Requirements:


  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Willing to travel.

Pay:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
