Responsibilities -

  • Coordinate with customers.
  • Provide customer support & resolve their query.
  • Coordinate with client & internal team.
  • Maintain daily activity data.
  • Timely follow up from customer.
  • Manage 5070 calls a day.

Pay:
₹100, ₹300,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

  • Ahmedabad, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
