Responsibilities -
- Coordinate with customers.
- Provide customer support & resolve their query.
- Coordinate with client & internal team.
- Maintain daily activity data.
- Timely follow up from customer.
- Manage 5070 calls a day.
Pay:
₹100, ₹300,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
