Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote products to customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and explain features and benefits to customers
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Keep track of inventory and place orders for products as needed
  • Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained at all times
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor's products
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

Requirements:


  • Minimum of a Ug Degree or Hsc is require
  • Previous experience in jewelry sales is preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Proficient in using computers and POS systems
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Must have a passion for jewelry and fashion
  • Freshers with a strong interest in sales and a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.
