We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an E-commerce Executive.

Responsibilities:

Product Listing and Management:


  • Upload new products to the ecommerce platform.
  • Ensure accurate and appealing product descriptions and images.

Order Processing:


  • Monitor and process online orders promptly.
  • Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely order shipments.
3.


Customer Service:


  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
4.


Data Analysis:


  • Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions.
  • Generate reports on ecommerce performance.
5.


Marketing Support:


  • Assist in the execution of ecommerce marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of ecommerce platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.

Salary:
₹8, ₹32,095.60 per month
