Vruksha International School of Montessori is a chain of authentic Montessori schools that is operating over 30 schools in Tamilnadu and Puducherry. With the mission of making the development focused Montessori Method available to all children, Vruksha has undertaken numerous efforts in bringing this realisation to a fulfillment.

Requirement
We are looking for a Parent Relationship officer to create and nurture long-term relationships with our parents. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure Parents are satisfied with our services.

In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to grasp parents needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them.

If you also have a background in customer service and knowledge of our industry, we'd like to meet you. Your goal will be to retain the parents and build a cordial relation with our teachers.


Responsibilities

Parent Teacher Desk:
Maintaining the students data and records ( Enrolment Form, Parent Consent Form, health record )

  • Recording the Minutes of PTM
  • Making the first call to parent before the Child's First day at school
  • Providing Fee Receipt
  • Coordinating the Meeting between the teacher and Parent for a meeting at the weekend and the meeting must be recorded and filed in students record
  • Processing for TC
  • Fee Collection for Temple tree
  • Record the call log in Excel sheet
  • Teachers attendance for payroll
  • Responding for the mails.

Goals :

Parent Satisfaction - Bridge between the parent community and School Management - Teachers Confidence have to be kept up.

Meeting up the expectations of atleast 95% of the parents. Retaining 95% of the students in each branch.

Strategies:

Evolving strategies to retain parent, conducting events can be technical or non-technical to give a good feel to the parent.


Create Report - What is that has been done to retain the parents and give them satisfaction in our work listing down the strategies and its implementation process.


Must Have Skills

  • Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Background in customer service industry knowledge is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • A customer-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Willingness to learn
  • From and around Shollinganallur
