Are you a persuasive and results-driven individual with a passion for technology and excellent communication skills? Pixcel Square Technologies is actively seeking a talented IT Telecaller - Sales Executive to join our expanding team.

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and successfully converting leads into valued customers for our range of IT products and services.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to discuss and promote our IT products and services.
  • Articulate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our offerings to prospective customers.
  • Qualify leads and identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell additional products/services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and followup.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of calls, interactions, and sales.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goaloriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and stay informed about industry trends.

How to Apply:

₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
