Job description - Account Executive

Responsibilities

  • Must be well versed with bookkeeping and basic accounting.
  • Able to book sales & purchase invoices ,
  • Wellversed in handling Receipts and Payments
  • Basic of knowledge of TDS & GST
  • Update accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Preparation of reports in excel as per requirement of management
  • Wellversed with MS Excel

Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years in the desired role

  • Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
  • Assist with other accounting works

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as a junior accountant
  • Excellent organizing abilities
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
  • Good understanding of accounting
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. Tally Erp 9 )
  • B com in accounting, finance or relevant field

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Benefits: 2nd & 4th Saturday off
