Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for their needs and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, providing them with necessary resources, training, and assistance to ensure a seamless transition onto our e learning platform.
- Payment Collection: Follow up with clients on pending payments, maintain accurate records, and resolve any billingrelated queries or issues.
- Query Resolution: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing comprehensive solutions and troubleshooting assistance to ensure a positive customer experience
Issue Resolution:
Investigate and resolve any technical or platform-related issues reported by clients, coordinating with the appropriate internal teams to ensure swift resolutions
Excel Proficiency:
Utilize Excel to generate reports, analyze data, and provide insights to clients on their up-skilling journey, effectively communicating key findings
Multilingual Support:
Provide support to clients in English and Hindi as well as various South Indian languages ensuring effective communication and understanding of their requirements
Problem Solving:
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, identifying and addressing client challenges proactively, and proposing appropriate solutions to enhance their experience and achieve their desired outcomes
Training and Presentation Skills:
Conduct product training sessions and presentations for clients and colleagues, showcasing the features and benefits of our e-learning platform, and providing guidance on maximizing its effectiveness
Job Skills & Qualifications:
Completed or pursuing Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably within the e learning or software industry. Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and South Indian languages (such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam). Strong problem-solving abilities, with a track record of resolving client issues effectively and efficiently.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Demonstrated training and presentation skills. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and software is a plus.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow within a fast paced environment.
Working Days: 6 days' work/week (Sunday will be the Week-Off)
Probation Period:
06 Months PACKAGE During Training/
Probation Period:
INR 15,000.
