  • Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
  • Answering incoming calls from prospective customers and addressing their queries.
  • Generating leads and maintaining customer databases.
  • Scheduling appointments for sales representatives.
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Achieving daily or weekly call targets.
  • Providing feedback on call quality and customer responses.
  • Keeping accurate records of calls and sales activities.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to meet targets and objectives.
  • Staying updated with product knowledge and industry trends.

Salary:
From ₹8,451.26 per month
