Tool Room Supervisor - Virar, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India - AVISH MACHINES PVT LTD
Description
1) Shall be responsible for Achieving Daily Tool Room Targets - Machine Outputs2) Inventory Review control /Tool Tracker/Tool Traceability Updation
3) Planning - Daily Load for all Machines
4) Cycle time improvements in Machines - Selection of Cutting tools, Program Strategy.
5) Interacting with Operators on Safety, productivity Quality Improvements, Tool Box Talk.
6) Maintain 5 s Adapt best safety practices in Shop Floor
7) Basic Documentation work for Material Movements Internal Movements, Rejection Updations.
8) Addressing day to day Quality productivity issue Ensure adherence to IATF System/Procedures.
9) Maintain Tool Room Consumables - As per min max requirements Skills
10) Good Command to handle the tool room with the machine knowledge.
11) Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, read and interpret engineering drawings
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
₹23, ₹35,000.00 per month
