Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/ Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
Guiding the team on self

- organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/ Scrum frameworks.

Ensure that the team is adhering to the Scrum methodology and foster best practices in the team.
Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and the organization.
Arrange daily standup scrum meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decisionmaking processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.
Grooming and maintaining the product backlog by working with the required stakeholders.

Requirements:

Requirement

Any Graduate or Postgraduate from recognized University.
Scrum certified with minimum 57 years of experience working in Product Development or IT Consulting Delivery teams.
Deep understanding of Agile Scrum methodology and SDLC process.
Should have knowledge about Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous, Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
Familiar with common development practices, Service oriented environments, and Agile practices.
Should have knowledge of cloud technology (Like Azure, AWS).
Should have experience of offshoreonsite setup.
Preferred certifications
CSM, PSM, Prince etc.
