Description

We are looking for an Accounting Professional to manage all financial transactions on behalf of our Clients from different part of the world.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Publish financial statements in time
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely Booking of bank payments
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  • Experience with general ledger functions
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Status Update of Accounting Work
  • Communicate with the Customers for System Access
  • Communicate with the Customers for Accounting Data
Qualiofication

  • Language Proficiency: English.

Soft Skills:

  • Excel : Mid level (Formatting, Lookup Functions along with some basic Functions)
  • Google Tools : Should have knowledge of using Google.
  • Accounting Software : should have understating of any 4 Accounting software.
  • Online Tools : Zoom and other Tools Knowledge Remote
  • Desktop : should have knowledge of Remote Desktop Working environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Accounting: 2 years (required)
