Keeping customers updated about the orders

Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

Identifying customer demands and requirements.

Dealing with people of different backgrounds and temperaments

Coordinate with the operation,sales and production team

Customer satisfaction

Payment Follow Up

Coordination with the different departments

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Excel

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proven work experience as a CRM in Manufacturing industry
