Description

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery, including setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance.

Ensure the efficient and timely production of goods in accordance with established schedules and quality guidelines.

Perform quality checks during the production process to identify and address any deviations from specifications.

Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions, escalating complex issues to the maintenance team when necessary.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure and healthy working environment.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and achieve production goals.

Document production data, including output quantities, equipment performance, and any incidents or issues encountered during the shift.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper disposal of waste and adherence to 5S principles.

Participate in training programs to stay updated on new equipment, technologies, and safety protocols.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights and suggestions for process enhancements.


Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.

Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate and troubleshoot production machinery.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Willingness to work in a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings if required.

₹12, ₹16,000.00 per month
