Inside Sales Executive / Tiles and ceramics


Qualification:
Any qualification

Experience: 3 Years


Location:
Rajanukunte


Responsibility:

  • Sales target achievement for a given category
  • Ensure all Hella Infra Market Retail stores are always followed at the store by all in the given category team.
  • Create a proper environment as per our Company Philosophy
  • Should have complete knowledge in any of the categories being handled in Tiles, Sanitary, Bath Fitting, Electricals, and Paints.
  • Ensure he/she always greets, treats and attends to all customers with a lot of respect as per our culture.
  • Should have very good speaking, explaining, making quotations, judging the customer and be Active and Smart looking.
  • Customer complaint resolution.
  • Ensure payment collections from customers as per the set sale.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service through sales closure.
  • Handling complete store sales and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Salary:
₹8, ₹25,809.85 per month
