Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and understand user requirements, business goals, and technical constraints.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and highfidelity UI designs that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency across products.
Advocate for usercentric design principles and best practices throughout the organization.

Skill Set Required:

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and methodologies.
Experience with user research, usability testing, and prototyping.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problemsolving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Good experience with frontend development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Job Types:
