Job Summary:

As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality PCBs.

You will work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure the accurate translation of design specifications into CNC programs.

Your ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications will be essential in creating efficient machining programs that meet the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize CNC programs for PCB manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient production and adherence to quality standards.
Analyze technical drawings, CAD models, and specifications to determine the most appropriate machining methods and sequences.
Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to understand project requirements, including design tolerances, materials, and tooling considerations.
Set up and operate CNC machines, including selecting appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and workholding devices.
Conduct test runs and make necessary adjustments to optimize machining processes, minimizing cycle times while maintaining quality.
Monitor machine performance, identify potential issues, and perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks as needed.
Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with the quality control team to conduct inspections and ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
Stay uptodate with the latest CNC programming techniques and technologies, recommending process improvements and new equipment when necessary.
Document and maintain accurate records of programming changes, tooling selections, and production parameters for future reference.

Basic Qualification:
ITI/Diploma in electrical/electronics with minimum 2 years of experience working as CNC Programmer.

Requirements:

23 years of experience as a CNC Programmer, preferably in a PCB manufacturing or related industry.
Proficiency in CNC programming languages, such as Gcode, and experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam).
Strong knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools, and workholding techniques.
Familiarity with PCB manufacturing processes, including understanding of design files, panelization, and board dimensions.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications accurately.
Experience in setting up and operating CNC machines, including knowledge of machine controls and tooling selection.
Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to make adjustments to optimize machining processes.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality output within specified tolerances.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary:
Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
